CCSD Senior Gets New Car After Winning Essay Contest
Boulder City High School senior River Schenk was surprised with a new 2025 Volkswagen Jetta 1.5T Sport after winning the “What Does Safe Driving Mean to You?” essay contest.
This was part of a campaign by Sam and Ash Injury Law aimed at inspiring young drivers to take road safety seriously and understand the real-life consequences of their actions behind the wheel.
The campaign offered several prizes as incentives, including $6,000 in scholarships for local students.
The Clark County School District (CCSD) would like to thank Sam and Ash Injury Law, Findlay Volkswagen Henderson, Nevada Donor Network, and Nevada Zero Fatalities for supporting our students!
